Excelente atención Habitación limpia muy cerca del centro,
Puedo decir que cumple con la comodidad suficiente y el precio muy accesible para el lugar. Limpio con aire y ventilación. El servicio es excelente y muy atentos. Busqué reseñas en otros hoteles y veía que tenían problemas con cucarachas y este lugar no hay ninguna además que le dan mantenimiento al hotel. No lo piensen en hospedarse aquí.
Un hotel con instalaciones nuevas. Todo en perfecto estado. El único detalle negativo es que la alberca no parecía estar en condiciones de uso, ya que siempre parecía que estaba en limpieza pero nunca vi que estuviera limpia y utilizable.
Podría atreverme a decir que es el mejor hotel para pasar un fin de semana en Ixtapan, pues investigué sobre otros y éste me convenció y no me equivoqué; sin bullicio e ideal para una estancia tranquila. El hotel me encantó y cumplió con mis expectativas. Tengo mucho que decir y aquí voy: Es cómodo, silencioso, muy limpio! El tema de la limpieza me fascinó, no encontré cabellos, jabones usados o algún detalle desagradable. Es un edificio de estructura y diseño moderno tipo californiano, las habitaciones decoradas con muebles estilo minimalistas en color chocolate, cancelaría de aluminio con mosquiteros. Tiene alberca, camastros, estacionamiento, agua caliente que sale inmediato, la cama y almohadas en muy buen estado, tiene wi-fi, televisión con cable. El dueño tiene un restaurante de pizzas a donde me hizo favor de llevarme en su auto para poder pagarle con tarjeta de crédito mi estancia. El servicio muy amable por quien te recibe. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí.
